Singapore LTEC PTE. LTD. Full time

Handle full set of accounts from handling general accounts, payroll, to accounts receivable or payable including but not limited to journal vouchers and corresponding supporting documents, Balance sheet schedules for correctness and accuracy.
- Preparation, reconciliation and submission of inter-companies’ schedules and balances.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, analytical review and financial statementsResponsible for monthly/quarterly-end closing matters, including preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly closing schedules and reports.
- Prepare quarterly GST submission.
- Liaise with tax agents/corporate secretary during to ensure accurate and timely annual tax/ACRA submission.
- Liaise and work with internal/external auditors to ensure accurate and smooth audit process.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls procedures and accounting policies and putting in place any standard operation procedures as and when required.
- Work closely with Bank Relationship Manger to maintain existing Bank Facilities and to get New Facilities where necessary.
- Handling full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP): verifying invoices, processing payments, and managing vendor records
- Coordinating with vendors and internal departments on payment and billing matters
- Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions, and IR8A preparation for client companies (if applicable).
- Renew and monitor company/ motor insurance
- Ensure all vehicle insurance, inspections, tax renewed on time
- Handles worker dormitory matters
- Performs any other duties as assigned
