**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Define and execute market entry and expansion strategies.

2. **Sales Management**:

- Drive revenue growth and ensure sales targets are met.
- Establish and manage relationships with customers, negotiating deals and contracts.
- Oversee day-to-day sales activities, focusing on immediate and long-term wins.

3. **Hands-On Execution**:

- Work independently to set up initial operations, including onboarding distributors and launching products.
- Manage operational tasks such as inventory planning, order management, and sales tracking.

4. **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the market and the leadership team.
- Provide detailed reports on performance, market developments, and opportunities.

5. **Travel & Representation**:

- Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and events across the region.Spend up to 15 days per month traveling to meet partners, assess markets, and build relationships.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:MBA from a reputed institution.
- **Experience**:

- 20+ years in packaged foods and consumer products.
- Proven experience in South Asia and Southeast Asia markets.
- Strong track record of developing markets and driving sales independently.
- **Skills & Mindset**:

- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and willing to work with mínimal support.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to execute strategies and operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving, unstructured environment.
- Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
