We are looking for individuals to be engaged as a Technical Crew on a casual basis (hourly rated) to assists in performing primarily a supporting role, solving basic problems and operate technical procedures for performance.

Some of the duties include assisting in load/bump-in/out, rig and set up/strike relevant equipment for various productions, events, and functions. He/She ensures that a high level of safety, quality service and craftsmanship is maintained by testing and servicing equipment on a regular basis. He/She ensures that all stage, backstage and other production areas, and equipment are kept neatly, safe and secure.

The technical crew will be working closely with the Production & Technical Managers, Crews and Trainees to fulfil the technical needs of clients in the areas of Staging, Lighting and Sound department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 GCE “O” Levels or NTC-2 (from) ITE in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications in a similar field (technical areas)
- Training in Technical Theatre: Stage Lighting, Live Audio reinforcement, Mechanics, Carpentry, Metal Work, Rigging, Scaffolding, Electricity, Electronics are an asset
- Able to interpret and communicate ideas and information effectively
- Willingness to work within a team
- Adept at working safely with hand and power tools including while working at height
- Able to accept irregular working hours
