Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all flights are manned with the correct number of technical crew members.
  • Monitor and manage changes to crew duty periods and operating patterns caused by flight delays or disruptions.
  • Identify and implement the best re-crewing options to minimize flight delays during disruptions.
  • Perform daily submissions and validity checks on the APP (Advanced Passenger Processing) system for positioning and operating crews.
  • Notify technical crew members of changes to their roster or flight retime/delay, and respond to their queries.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Aviation-related qualifications advantageous.
  • Relevant aviation and/or airline operations experience beneficial.
  • Analytical skills with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Meticulous and accurate execution of procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and comfortable working with multiple applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
