Key Reponsibilties:

- Leading the development and execution of PIVENE's short & long term strategies in the region with ultimate of goal of increasing shareholders value.
- To provide inspiring leadership and build strong business network inside and outside the company.
- Mentoring PIVENE team members (the learning & development to ensure team members have access to grow their skills. Identify high performing team members)
- Provide fresh perspectives and break through ideas for future opportunities and challenges while identifying and manging risks.
- Responsible for distribution and accountability of business budgets and P&L.
- Design for PIVENE team a productive autonomy culture with collaborative teamwork, high core values (incentivise hard work, ethics, break through ideas/solutions) with a rewarding mindset (achievement & performance merit award)
- Ensuring PIVENE's Strategic decision are protecting boards interest (Shareholders) and to maintains high social responsibility
- Evaluating PIVENE's team performance with measurables
- Maintain awareness of competitive market, RD, Industry development
- Design the business network of PIVENE (who to partner with or not with an overall vision of risk assessment & opportunity)
- Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- A strong wine knowledge (WSET 3 or CSW is preferred)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English
- Organized multi-tasker and follow-through skills are key success to this role
- Attending and contributing to team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Strong negotiation skills
