Job Description:
**Responsibilities**
- SAP material code creation and technical check for all the SPC products.
- To be trained as Flame Ox approver.
- Manage daily cylinder operations including raw material tracking, production of mixtures and pure gases/chemicals, packaging and quality control with safety and efficiency as priority.
- Validate and ensure all SPC recipes are safe to fill
- Recipe writer and approver for Flame Ox mixture
- Specialty gas production material code creation
- Provide technical support to production, sales & customers when necessary
- Review customer quotation and propose alternatives where necessary
- Raw material inventory management (Qualification and control)
- Standard and regulatory compliance, GHS, SDS, storage license etc.
- Support ISO certification, external & internal audits.
- Ensure safe operation of the production process
- Liaise closely with the Production, Technical and Laboratory department to ensure timely, quality products
- Schedule and manage production equipment maintenance
- Track and ensure optimum equipment up time
- Planning of operation to meet sales demand and maximise usage of resources.
- Timely update of order status to ensure visible production process
- Support Pre-fill and Gravimetric Calculation
- Always ensure proper housekeeping on the production floor
- Development of staff with regards to training in safety, quality, and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or any other related field with min experience in gas and or chemical industry.
- Knowledge of pure gas properties as well as specialty gases.
- Mechanical & Technical competence in gas production. (e.g Cylinder properties and different kinds of cylinder valves) ISO system, SCDF, NEA licensing requirements
