**Main Duty**

Management of Solar and Construction operations include site visit and preparation of tenders to customers and responsible for the execution of all solar and construction projects.

**Scope of Work**
- Ensure technical relevance, high productivity with respect to HSE principles and policies and economical viability of the operations at all times.
- Responsible for solar and construction projects.
- Promote company’s business by conducting work assignments with a positive attitude and professional safe manner.
- Facilitating and updating the weekly operations meetings.
- Responsible for updating the GM on jobs progress.
- Ensure close liaison with customers on all operational and/or technical matters, such activities, namely attending pre-tender site visits, kick-off meetings, establishing detailed work plans & schedules and writing procedures etc. as requested.
- Ensure adequate back-up & support site teams with performance problems and help establish effective corrective actions.
- Work closely with subcontractors and customers to identify efficiencies and help implement them.
- Identify high risk activities or situations that leave VINA exposed to undesired liability (injury, contamination, reputation).
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements for job site operations.
- Ensure that all reporting tools and reports are created in a timely and accurate manner.
- Advisory role to General Manager on proposed investments in solar equipment and other educational programs for personnel.
- Any other assignment that may be required from time to time.
- Comply with all company rules, policies, procedures and work instruction as applicable to the duty.
