Singapore ZN THRIVE GROUP (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

Design and develop creative and original visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and short videos tailored for the Greater China market.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce short-form video content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute comprehensive monthly digital marketing campaigns, including partnerships, direct marketing, events, and public relations initiatives.
- Manage marketing resources, advertising efforts, and promotional materials to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee and maintain the brand’s presence on digital platforms, including Google Ads, 小红书 (Xiaohongshu), and 微信公众号 (WeChat Official Account), optimizing performance and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and respond to social media feedback, customer reviews, and online inquiries to maintain positive community relations.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate monthly performance reports for the Reporting Manager, highlighting achievements, insights, and recommendations.
- Support other ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education or business administration sector.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to manage communications and content creation for Chinese-speaking audiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
- Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of clients from the Greater China region.
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, 小红书 (Xiaohongshu), and 微信公众号 (WeChat Official Account)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles to enhance online visibility and campaign performance.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills to enhance content quality (experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is advantageous).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients, students, and stakeholders from the Greater China region.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive work ethic with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement strategies is a bonus.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:$2,600.00 - $3,300.00 per month & Performance bonus
