AsherBWS is an online alcohol retailer and we are looking for a responsible **E-Commerce Manager** to drive our online retail business. Our team is lean and we require someone who is a team player and highly responsible for the timely and accurate output of his or her work.

**Job Overview**:As the Ecommerce Manager for our alcohol delivery company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and overall digital presence. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce operations, optimizing the online shopping journey, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

**Responsibilities**:You will be working closely with the Managing Director and the appointed marketing and events agencies to drive online sales.

**Ecommerce Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's goals and target market.
Identify growth opportunities in the alcohol delivery market and devise strategies to capture new customer segments.

**Website Management**:Oversee the maintenance and performance of the ecommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement improvements, updates, and new features.

**Product Management**:Curate and manage the product assortment, ensuring it aligns with customer preferences and market trends.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain accurate product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing.

**Customer Engagement and Retention**:Implement loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and other strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and continually improving the customer experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyze ecommerce metrics, including sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
- Knowledge of/or keen interest in digital e-commerce.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
