**The Job**
As a product manager you will work together with a team to develop and improve the following products:
- Web Apps
- Mobile Apps (Android and iOS)
- Incentive Systems
- Shopping experiences
- Ecommerce website
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to develop good product vision, roadmaps, ROI and execute it as the product manager.
- Add value to the business through engagements in a development project as product manager. This includes, but not limited to, requirements analysis, design, testing/verification, operation/maintenance, OKR / KPI management and product support.
- Work closely with the tech lead and other engineers to achieve project objectives.
- Understand business needs and user behaviour, and to develop solutions to those needs.
- Capture improvement points based on our KPIs and create/execute an improvement plan.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of working experience in a software company (any role).
- Experience in writing spec documents such as Screen Transition, UI, Input Validation, Error Handling, Data Definition, Data Flow.
- Experience in analyzing KPIs using Domo, SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics etc. and taking corrective actions to ensure the product meets targets and forecasts.
- Capable of understanding product strategy and roadmaps to execute the project with the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Able to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to establish positive working relationships and achieve goals together
- Strong skills and experience to develop quality assurance plan and procedures.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
