Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: SGD 3,800 - 4,200/month.
  • Quarterly bonuses: Based on ROAS, CR, AOV, GMV growth.
  • Growth Path: Executive → Senior Specialist → Growth Manager

Your Impact

Performance & E-Commerce

  • Own daily sales ops, listings, campaigns, pricing, promos across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Run and optimise ads: Google, Meta, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM, GEO.
  • Track P/L tipping points, margins, CAC, LTV.

Conversion & Automation

  • Optimise Shopify checkout funnels, run A/B tests, improve CR and AOV.
  • Build flows: abandoned cart, upsell, win-back, post-purchase, VIP loyalty.
  • Reduce cart abandonment and increase lifecycle revenue.

Analytics & Growth

  • Maintain dashboards (traffic, CR, AOV, ROAS, refunds).
  • Present weekly sales reports and propose next bets.
  • Forecast, budget, and protect profitability while scaling.

Creatives & Content (Light but Fast)

  • Create platform-ready listing images/videos, short ad creatives.
  • Use Canva, Adobe, CapCut, and AI tools (Midjourney, Runway).
  • Test creatives monthly; scale winners, kill losers fast.

Who You Are

  • 2 - 3 years in e-commerce / performance marketing.
  • Hands-on with at least 3-4 of: TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Data-driven with strong grasp of CR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
  • Comfortable running automation flows in Growave.
  • Resourceful, fast, and thrives on testing ideas.
