**Description**

GM Capital Management is an asset management company, providing strategic investment solutions to investors, families and corporates globally. The Personal Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and management, and also be responsible for office administrative services. You must have strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Role**:

- Secretarial support to CEO, which includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling bills and general banking admin
- Implement and maintain office administrative systems, including filing of documents relating to company’s operations
- Manage office invoice payments, cash and expense reconciliation and all bank account matters
- Oversee organisation's HR roles by keeping personnel records up to date, salary, medical insurances and so on.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- Great communications skills (both written and verbal) and attitude are key
- Organized, attention to detail and adaptable.
- High level of flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Maintain appropriate discretion and confidentiality
- Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications with preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience as secretary/admin assistant or personal assistant.
- Singaporeans preferred
