Responsible for community outreach, fund-raising and recruitment, management and retention of donors and volunteers.

**Job Description
Donor Management

1. Develop fund-raising strategies and maintain a good donor management system for all types of donors.

2. Build and maintain close relationships with donors and potential donors.

3. Develop donor recognition programme.

4. Support and participate in community outreach events to raise awareness of BHEH in the community.

Volunteer Management

1. Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships between the Home and its community/corporate stakeholders.

2. Manage volunteers by:
i. Developing and sustaining new programmes to reach out to residents.

ii. Maintaining high service standards of volunteers.

iii. Retaining volunteers through appreciation and training programmes.

3. Develop short-term / long-term strategies to recruit, engage and retain volunteers.

4. Formulate and up-keep a good volunteer management system for all types of volunteers.

Communications

1. Assist to conceptualise and develop corporate communications plan, in line with the Home’s strategic direction.

2. Manage BHEH public website (with CRM capabilities) and social media accounts.

3. Manage SharePoint communication site.

4. Design and manage in-house collateral.

5. Support BHEH corporate events.

7. Assist in driving media activities and managing media request and queries.

Digital Transformation

1. Support various departments to kick-start digital transformation projects as and when is required.
