Singapore Pentecost Methodist Church Full time

The Media Relations & Communications Executive/Senior Executive is responsible to create and
promote church missions and events to both internal and external community through the creation
and distribution of news releases, visual content via social media platforms and prints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop communication strategies to promote church missions and eventsthrough media and
publications.
2. Develop engaging articles, publications, newsletters, messages, web pages including
ministries activities to reach and engage both internal and external audiences.
3. Plan, shoot and edit / upload content across digital media channels (Eg, Facebook, YouTube,
Church Website & Mobile App, etc)
4. Build, train and guide social media & communications volunteers to support ministries teams
during services and events.
5. Conceptualize social media campaigns and content creation based on the brief input provided
by ministries teams.
6. Manage, store and archive media contents and assist with administrative support and archival
requirements of the church.
7. Assist in other general administrative or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Pastors & Church Office
Manager.
**Requirements**:
1. Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Digital Media Marketing or related disciplines.
2. Knowledge/Hands-on experience with social media management portfolio will be an
advantage.
3. Good command of English with ability to write for various platforms, including social media.
4. Proficient in MS Office, video and graphic editing software / tools.
5. Experience in web design and content production.
6. Required to work on Sundays
