Lead in 1LOD-Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Audit and Compliance Management Programmes.
- Participate in Governance activities and meetings to ensure effective and coherent management in order to align with cybersecurity and business objectives
- Track outstanding audit items and ensure proper and timely responses
- Perform security audit verification activities and exercises when needed
- Involve in annual Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) activities for Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) systems in areas of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment and also complete activities related to SIMS team as assigned in CCoP workplan
- Performance compliance verification activities and exercises when needed
- Maintenance and administration of SIMS Department Portal. Research and development in collaboration development technologies (e.g. Sharepoint)
- Manage a library of 1LOD-Cybersecurity documentation library
- Review change requests for installation of software, project or operational changes in accordance with documented processes.
- Research and development in security automation, excel and VB scripting
- Participate in reviewing and continuously improving security related standards and SOP such as Technical Security Standard, Process for Source Code Scan, Process for VA, etc
- Manage awareness and communications programme on cybersecurity such as security landscape, key HIM-ISP clauses and convergence security requirements
- Explore security solutions for continuously tightening the security posture of public healthcare

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of IT security experience in areas of Cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance management.
- Professional security certification is preferable, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or other similar security certifications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with mínimal direction
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and communication skills
