Are you a Marketing Executive with a growth mindset, seeking an opportunity to contribute to the education sector? If so, we have an ideal position for you United Language Centre (ULC), a prominent language school and expat community hub in Singapore, is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to become a part of our team. As a Marketing Executive at ULC, you will play a significant role in promoting our services, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful outreach of our educational programs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Event Management**
- Plan and coordinate monthly workshops and excursions, including setting topics and liaising with teachers and sales team for detailed content development.
- Organize and execute special events, including event planning and on-the-day management.
- Design promotional materials, update interactive whiteboards, and handle festive decorations.

**Digital Advertising**
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.

**Social Media Management**
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook), including two static posts and one reel per week, which can be planned and scheduled in advance.

**Content Creation (website and CRM)**
- Write and design monthly e-newsletters using HubSpot.
- Edit and update web content on WordPress, and create campaign-specific landing pages on HubSpot

**Community Engagement and Reporting**
- Make announcements and manage the business WhatsApp group.
- Keep Google Business updated with monthly posts, respond to reviews, and upload new photos.
- Conduct marketing analysis and prepare reports using CRM data

**Other**:
**Requirement**:
A Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication and/or any relevant field.

At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge of media/advertising is an asset

Resourceful and curious coupled with a team player mindset and good work ethic.

Trustworthy, reliable and possesses a proven ability to ensure completion of work with mínimal supervision.

Data-driven with good business acumen and analytic skills

A self-starter, steadfast learner, persevering, confident & outgoing, and well-presented.

Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and prioritise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficient in Google G suite

Basic web editing and social media channel skills e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin.
