Our Customer Operations Executive will be responsible for:

- Ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries
- Assisting with the assignment of jobs to Heroes (the blue collar staff on on our platform)
- Developing customer service best practices
- providing feedback for improvements on customer service
- ensuring that our vendors and in-house heroes are providing high quality service to clients
- Following up with clients to ensure prompt payment for services rendered.

Our Singpore team is small but fast growing, so there is a large scope for career growth. In addition to day to day tasks, you may be be involved in supporting the Founder’s office and Singapore management team to achieve business goals in a wide-range of entrepreneurial activities, and stratgegic intiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
