Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in management consulting, program management, and communications strategy.
- Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Chief of Staff for a CEO, Vice President, and/or General Manager.
- Experience in a high growth business environment (e.g. technology based).
- Experience as a change management leader, envisioning approaches to the business, aligning them to the right stakeholders, and leading the change process.
- Experience in organizing and delivering customer briefings and ability to tie customer value to technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
**About the job**:
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
You will ensure that executive leadership has the ability to have maximum impact by providing them with all the insights, information, and rhythm of business tracking required for quick and effective decision making. You will ensure that executive leadership time is highly leveraged and their connection with customers/partners has a compounding impact.
You will be responsible for shaping the internal narrative and communications strategy that will align the go-to-market organization around our goals, drive the Cloud Sales culture, and values.
You will partner with People Operations and Culture teams to represent the community and positively impact how teams experience Google through DEI, Googlegeist, and Culture efforts. You will help to drive our culture and alignment around our strategy. You will ensure that all executive sponsorship and customer engagement decisions are as per strategy and Regional Vice President and Executives are engaged in the most fruitful manner.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage engagement and expectations with key internal stakeholders to anticipate business needs.
- Run executive rhythm of business cadence (e.g., staff meetings, all hands, offsites) and ensure follow-up actions for leadership meetings for the Google Cloud APAC Vice President.
- Drive the Internal Communications team and be responsible for creating content for the Vice President for internal events (e.g., Yearly Kick-off, Partner, and Industry Conferences).
- Assist in shaping and guiding Internal Communications strategy for APAC leadership in partnership with Internal Communications, External Communications, and Global Executive Operations teams.
- Lead special projects and execute analyses required to develop recommendations and align on plan to execute and implement solutions.
