**Position Summary**
This role contributes to the growth and profitability by ensuring that pay structures and benefits are competitive, and that they are designed and managed to attract and retain a quality workforce.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Review and develop the total reward strategies and involve in sales incentive projects
- Prescribe and implement new C&B guidelines on how to attract, reward and retain employees, ensuring that it is aligned to the Company business objectives
- Advocates new C&B initiatives and supports the Head of HR in the communication to the Business units. Impactful communication to the stakeholder is important to obtain buy-in and seamless execution
- To periodically review all employees’ compensation and benefits, ensuring it complies with company policies and statutory requirements, at the same time manages internal equity and external competitiveness
- Manage Job Analysis and Job Evaluation process for all employees
- Engages the Line Managers and Head of Departments on the discussion of Job Evaluation Assessments, Annual Merit Increment and Promotion Exercises
- Calculation of MBO Incentive for Key Account Managers and Non-Sales employees
- Conduct regular review of compensation structure including participation of Compensation & Benefits and Job Benchmarking surveys by Mercer, SNEF and other consultancy companies
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of C&B Experience
- Numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player with Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- High degree of initiative and possesses positive attitude as well as meticulous
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws
- Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid changes in a fast moving dynamic business environment
