Plan, organize and manage RTC operation to provide quality training programs to meet business requirement. Use equipment, materials and utilities to meet SBU requirement on safety, environment and expanse. Support Product Management for managing product portfolio. Main responsibilities is for SEA but will also support JP and KR, especially for New Product Launches.

**Main Responsibilities**

1. Conduct training programs of all brands (including Autocolor, Deltron, Cobra, ACS, PPG Plus and any new product series to be launched) to internal staffs and customer;
2. Work with the National Training Manager and the Sales Team to line out annual training plan of served training center which is in line with marketing strategy;
3. Via offering professional training, support sales team to achieve the required sales growth and important sales goals;
4. Conducting MM trainings with guidance;
5. Provide input for improving the content of the training modules;
6. Work with Technical Manager and Training Manager to ensure the technical standard and color skill of all sales & technical team members; manage complexity reduction and SKUs rationalization plans.

7. Manage daily operation of served training center to meet safety, environmental and budget requirement;
8. Build knowledge through active participation and learning from sales team.

9. Obtain competitor knowledge and market information from trainees and communicate to sales teams;
10. Manage all activities in compliance with PPG blue print goals, EHS goals, Quality, business conduct and code of ethics policies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of **3 years or above** technical experience on refinish products or painting technique.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all customers from senior management through to body shop technicians.
- Able to understand body shop production flow.
- Excellent communications skills in writing, PowerPoint presentation, public speaking.
- Strong personal motivation, willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
- Good English in reading and writing.
- Substantial travel.
- Able to conduct training and product presentations to all levels of internal and external customers.
