**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the technical lead role and manage the small team.
- Understand customer requirements, analyze, and propose technical solutions.
- Create the Epic/Stories in Jira and track the team’s activities regularly.
- Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan.
- Demonstrate solid competence in technologies, tools, and methods in firmware development.
- Understand the legacy embedded SW architecture of the product and drive the porting activity.
- Firmware development process and integration.
- Able to do troubleshooting and resolve issues quickly.
- Effectively communicate with customer and other stakeholders.
- Good sense of quality and work towards delivering quality products on time.

Skills/Requirement
- Experience in firmware development in Linux environment & RTOS
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Expert in C and C++ Programming
- Experience in firmware with ThreadX or Linux
- Leadership quality to lead the team and deliver the product.
- Knowledge of Embedded design concepts, processor architectures, ARM Cortex
- Knowledge in Low level drivers, like SPI, UART, I2C, Memory management
- Good debugging experience and proficient in handling debuggers
- Usage of tools like Jira, Git, GitHub
