As an Education Programme Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence. If you are a highly motivated, sales-driven and service-oriented individual who is looking for new challenges in the education industry, then you have come to the right place

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide advice to parents of prospective students on our Programmes/ Webinars/ Bootcamps and assist them in suitable Programme/ Webinars/ Bootcamps selection
- Respond to service challenges
- Establish new leads/ follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales and services objectives
- Work with various stakeholders in executing student enrolment strategies and objectives
- Other ad-hoc work tasks/ projects as required or assigned

**What You Must Possess**:

- Preferably, at least 1 year experience in sales related positions
- Experience with Customer Relation Management (CRM) system and marketing cloud or related cloud systems for leads generation and customer journey planning is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is adept at building relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and thrives in a team environment
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric environment
- A pleasant and cheerful disposition
