- Develop and maintain reports and dashboard to monitor KPI from overall return processes
- Design and implement return related SOP for local teams and track progress
- Liaise with warehouse ops counterparts globally to collect warehouse feedback on existing processes, monitor daily ops, and ensure good implementation
- Conduct competitive analysis benchmarking industry peers, identify gaps and propose improvement plans
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to the management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience, relevant experience preferred, e.g. consulting, technology, logistics, warehouse management
- Demonstrate good logical thinking, effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions with stakeholders from across the region
- Team player and open to different ideas with good stakeholder management skills
