**Team Introduction**

Our Data-TnS-PUO Team is responsible for providing instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal platform users. This position is mainly responsible for the following: receiving and resolving users' issues, communicating with our product and engineering teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, maintaining the SOP, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experiences. We are continually expanding this team in Singapore across multiple time zones to ensure user satisfaction and drive product optimization.

**The role**:
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to evaluate our team's operations and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency. To be successful as an operations analyst, you should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify shortcomings or opportunities, work closely with management and/or User Operations Specialists to understand data-related requirements, and implement changes.

**What you will be doing**:

- Identify potential operational requirements and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
- Working very closely with management and fulfilling data analyzing requirements from leaders.
- Analyze internal platform users' feedback data to build an in-depth understanding of our platforms and blend this analysis with further optimization points.
- Adapt analysis to the specific operational research questions and/or build-up forecasting models by using a range of data sources and research methodologies
- Partner with the engineering team to build up insights and complete bi-weekly data analysis reports
- Build internal operations data dashboard and provide constructive suggestions on tool optimisation.
- Assist and support training, quality auditing, and other users feedback projects

**What you should have**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree in a business field with a focus on Quantitative / Research methods; or a Graduate degree's in Science, Mathematics, Operations, business, digital marketing or survey-based research methods is a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position is required
- Proficient in Python and SQL to conduct statistical modeling or data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both English and Chinese to manage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
