**Payroll Executive
**_5 Day Work Week _**

**_Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm _**

**Responsibilities:
- Collect, check and ensure Monthly Timesheets accuracy.
- Review and reconcile payroll output files.
- Generate payroll reports on a periodic or adhoc basis.
- Support month, annual and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions notwithstanding, IR21, Yearly IR8A, NS make-up claims, Government Leave claims.
- Update and maintain Annual/Medical/Hospitalisation Leave system.
- Validate all payroll supporting data and documents to be accurate and truthful and ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
- Ensure timely data update and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
- Manage payroll related queries from employees.
- Provide all payroll related reports to Finance.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Updating employee data into system and maintain proper filing of essential documents.
- Performing other ad-hoc activities as required.
- Basic book-keeping knowledge.

**Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma in HR, Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years of related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teamwork and able to work independently
- Reliable with attention to detail

**Salary Range: $2,500 - $2,800
