**What the role is**
The job holder has to enhance relations and improve communication with NS personnel and employers of NSmen. Besides obtaining and monitoring feedback, he/she also attends to queries from NSF and NSmen, including MP correspondence. He/She is also the secretariat of NS Forum at HQ and Point of contact for NS Forum at Division.
**What you will be working on**
1) To handle correspondence (including MP correspondence) pertaining to NSman and NSF matters.
2) To compile, analyse and follow up for Post ICT survey findings from NSmen. These findings are presented and SCDF Senior Management Meeting.
3) He/She is also the secretariat of NS Forum at HQ and Point of contact for NS Forum at Division.
4) To maintain close liaison with MINDEF, MHQ-National Services Affairs Directorate
- NSAD, Police National Service Department-PNSD and other relevant agencies on NSmen personnel policies through forums such as the Tri-Service Forum. To ensure consistency in the implementation of policies for NSmen among the 3 uniformed services.
5) To attend to general enquiries on NSmen and NSF matters.
6) To prepare/update directives and SOPs pertaining to NS personnel relations.
7) To compile monthly reports and updates.
**What we are looking for**
Experience in Civil Service is preferred. Officer who had served National Service in Singapore will have added advantage.
