The Enterprise Sales Leader is a quota-carrying team member who is responsible for the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing clients.

They have deep domain knowledge of Clearwater, its products, and/or the addressable markets and are willing to share this knowledge with a team. They facilitate the end to end sales process by identifying pain points and offering solutions in initial calls, demos, meetings, at conferences, and in the market. They create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market, while teaching prospects how to buy Clearwater and solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle. They develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within an established territory/product line.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carries a minimum quota of $2.5M
- Advanced in specific market knowledge and can successfully answer questions on the spot in meetings without needing assistance or time to research.
- Seen as a CW expert that others from sales can reach out to for ideas, stories, and resolutions to common challenges.
- Has developed an expertise in the market they operate in, including regulatory environment, industry trends, and necessary product development to accommodate the needs of these markets.
- Anticipates pain points, challenges, and sticking points in the sales cycle and primitively addresses them.
- First-hand, successful, experience with their assigned Target Addressable Market/Ideal Customer Profile they are able to guide prospects to the best solutions.
- Develops successful sales strategy for assigned team and market.
- Can tailor presentations to meet the needs of the client/prospect.
- Identifies pain points and recommends solutions without overpromising capabilities.
- Travels frequently and develops professional network to assist in sourcing deals.
- Minimum cumulative closed won revenue >$4M.
- Required to generate pipeline to sufficiently meet and/or exceed quote next period.
- Is self-sufficient and does not involve management with questions prior to seeking feedback from peers and conducting research.
- Should be very adept at internal collaboration and has good working relationships with other divisions and teams at Clearwater.
- Active participant in the deal sheets process and ensures accurate and thorough completion.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to contract)
- Deep experience working with the Investment Management space
- General understanding of investments and/or GAAP or Statutory accounting
- Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas
- Superb interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently but within a team environment
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
- Willingness to travel

Desired Experience and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting
- Clearwater Market Experience - selling and/or servicing
- SaaS sales experience
