Enterprise Level Site Reliability Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Take an engineering-first approach to automate the monitoring, deployment, and operation process utilizing tools and services, covering monitoring, reporting, and deployment
- Support the front office trading desks, identify and troubleshoot issues, and drive their resolution.
- Work with traders, quants, and other internal teams to reduce risk

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (i.e. Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Strong relational database and Linux knowledge, not limited to job scheduling, troubleshooting processes, and machine configurations.
- Supporting a low-latency trading environment is preferred
- Computer Science degree or equivalent
- A self-starter who demonstrates strong ownership and takes a deep-diving approach
- Analytical mentality who takes a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Highly collaborative and works well within a team
- Works effectively in a lean agile framework
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
