**Client Relationship Representative**

We are looking for an experienced Client relationship representative to join our dynamic & fast-growing team. You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and administration support to our sales managers.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with any client queries
- Point of contact for clients, fund managers and the sales team to ensure effective and efficient client service.
- Maintaining client database and files to prepare them appropriately for appointments.
- Attending Client meetings when required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure they receive outstanding services.
- Assisting clients with opening of accounts, KYC certification, fill out authorization form etc

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Good Time management skills
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
