Job Overview

The role of a Client Financial Services Representative involves providing exceptional client service, handling administrative tasks, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal support teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide support services, and foster strong relationships through proactive communication.
  • Assist in executing investment transactions, monitoring clients' investment positions, and managing related documentation.
  • Manage account-related processes including new account openings, maintenance, credit applications, and periodic reviews.
  • Identify and escalate suspicious client or staff activities as per compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements by completing mandatory training and applying the bank's KYC/AML/CDD frameworks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity in the financial industry.
  • CACS papers 1 & 2 certified.
  • CMFAS certifications.
