**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:Lead and oversee ship repair projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Team Leadership**:Manage a team of ship repair technicians, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- **Client Relations**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Supplier and Contractor Coordination**:Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials, equipment, and services required for ship repair projects, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all ship repair work meets industry standards and client requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**:Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel involved in ship repair projects, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
