We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Middle Markets Enterprise Relationship Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue growth by deeply understanding customer needs and providing robust products and services, both organically as well as via acquisition of New-To-Bank accounts
- Collaborate with product partners to deliver appropriate needs-based solutions for customers
- Deepen understanding of the client portfolio by conducting pro-active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews
- Manage financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle by identifying, assessing, monitoring, escalating and mitigating risk
- Keep abreast of developments, products and offerings from HSBC, competitors and market changes
- Manage and grow high-end customer relationships independently
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder with a Finance, Business or Accountancy background
- Significant number of years of relevant experience in a front line credit and marketing role
- Strong credit and marketing skills with ability to maintain and grow existing client portfolio, acquire new clients, identify opportunities and convert these into tangible business for the bank
- In depth knowledge of sophisticated Global Markets, Payments and Cash Management and Trade Services products with extensive experience in marketing and structuring these products
- Great communication skills with ability and stature to engage with a diverse client profile ranging from the operations staff of midsized companies to the Managing Directors and CEOs of large corporates
- Cohesive team player who possesses a positive attitude
- Ability and perseverance to prospect New-To-Bank names
- Strong credit assessment skills, particularly with regard to more complex and structured facilities with an international dimension
- Experience in TMT or New Economy sectors would be a plus
