Take the chance to kick-off your career with a fixed Graduate Programme Track within the Division COO & Intermediaries and related fields. The three rotation assignments are fixed in order to gain in‐depth expertise and to become a specialist. During the programme you will have the unique opportunity to spend one rotation assignment abroad.

As a Software Engineer with Application Management and Delivery team, you will be exposed and learn the business of private banking and the latest technologies. You could also be part of the bank’s DevOps transformation journey.

Our programme will provide you with a first-hand experience in various areas such as Application Development, Architecture, and Platform Engineering across the duration of this 18-month programme, including a 4-month international assignment in Switzerland. You will develop the skills to take your career in any direction and make a genuine contribution to our businesses.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Take on Microservice-based API development
- Leverage Test-driven development / Behaviour-driven development automation frameworks
- Work in a global agile team with Devops tools, frameworks and processes
- Learn about container platforms and cloud architecture

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in computer sciences, economics, banking, finance (graduation max. within the past 18 months)
- Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
- Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
- Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Fluent in English, other languages an advantage
- Eligible for employment authorisation in Singapore
