Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:
The Media & Communications Specialist will support the implementation and execution of SPH Rewards strategic communication plans (both digital and traditional marketing). He/She will support the loyalty marketing team to flawlessly build subscriber engagement content and ensure they are intimately tracked.
- Co-lead the strategic planning and development of marketing campaigns, including setting annual goals, creating channel specific communication plans, and managing execution.
- Very comfortable with visual design and copywriting, with a good eye for detail.
- Drives media performance management; perform competitive analysis and defines media sufficiency for campaigns across owned, earned and paid media

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or Marketing
- Min 3 years of proven experience as Digital Marketing or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Significant experience in marketing automation techniques and approaches
- Holds a thorough understanding of local consumer behaviour and preferences in the overall media landscape as well as creative requirements
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Stays up to date with digital marketing trends
