**About our group**:
Lyve Cloud’s Customer Experience Team is responsible for end to end customer experience with Lyve Cloud. We focus on customer onboarding, adoption and customer satisfaction. To ensure that our customer’s are successful with their business outcomes, we work hand in hand with with multiple teams like Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Product Management etc.

**About the role - you will**:

- Lead the customer throughout their lifecycle journey with Lyve Cloud as their Adoption quarterback and help guide them through different stages of Onboarding, Adoption, Value Realization etc
- Have regular touchpoints with customers, proactively monitor their consumption & give executive readouts to Customer as well as internal stakeholders
- Track, measure and report on key metrics like Customer Satisfaction, Customer Health Score and proactively monitor Adoption rates.
- Educate Customers on Lyve Cloud capabilities, best practices and roadmap, provide advice on how to best leverage the product based on customer’s business objectives
- Solicit Customer feedback for Lyve Cloud and provide input to leadership, development, and Product Management
- Work closely with Sales to understand customer objectives and use cases. Also keep them informed on activities with customer post-sale and identify and update them on expansion opportunities

**About you**:

- You must have strong communication & influencing skills
- You must have strong presentation skills - both written & verbal
- You must have a data driven mindset and analytical skills
- You must have experience with Cloud Services & Storage specific knowledge
- You must have very strong technical acumen to demonstrate Lyve Cloud’s value proposition to customers

**Your experience includes**:

- 3-7 years of experience in customer facing roles such as : Solutions Architect, TAMs, CSM, Support, Escalation Management etc
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Engineering/IT) or equivalent work experience

**Location**:
This position will be based at Woodlands.
