
Divisional Manager

The Divisional Manager manages and ensures the company achieves its business objectives - profitability, business and customer growth, organisational development, new service introduction, continuous operational improvement, and working capital effectiveness.
- Increasing the company’s client base and increasing awareness of the company within the business community, particularly among prospective clients. Leads by setting priorities to which industry sectors and prospective clients to target and what services must be developed. Together with the management team, they create programs and regularly monitor progress against program goals.
- Improving existing customer satisfaction and account profitability and continuously improving performance across key performance indicators. He/She also maintains a close business relationship with his/her counterpart within the customer’s organization and always brings a top management perspective in business discussions with his customers.
- Lead the customer service/operational support staff to achieve continuous operational improvement and should also maintain a top-level view of balancing operational efficiency and effectiveness without sacrificing desired service quality levels.
- He/she is responsible for designing the appropriate organisational structure to achieve business unit objectives. He/She is also responsible for the management team’s growth and development.
- He/ She must encourage an atmosphere of learning, collaboration, and sharing within the organisation to contribute and maintain effective teamwork and connectivity with the corporate knowledge Management system.
- He/She should ensure well-running information systems are in place to enhance our capability and ability to deliver the Services expected by its customers.
- Other responsibilities would include setting up administrative systems, installing risk management systems, participating in business audits, and participating and being involved in other corporate sponsored governance processes and meetings.
