Job Overview

The role of Senior Category Manager encompasses driving divisional performance and activities in conjunction with Group Purchasing. Key responsibilities include defining and driving divisional priorities, ensuring alignment across divisions, and navigating complex projects with ease.

As a seasoned project manager with over 10 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to drive end-to-end projects, deliver results, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Your rich experience in industrial categories and handling global cross-country/regions activities will be pivotal in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by collaborating with Group Purchasing to develop strategic plans and execute key initiatives.
  • Navigate the organizational landscape, fostering partnerships and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and address process gaps to ensure seamless execution of divisional activities and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in larger international companies, handling complex projects and activities.
  • Rich experience in industrial categories such as Metal, Plastic, Rubber, and/or similar sectors.
  • Experience in managing global cross-country/regions activities and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
