Senior Manager, Product Ops

**Reports to**: Vice President of Operations

**In Brief**:
Our Product Operations department formulates metrics that track and improve our product usage. As the Manager of this team you will be instrumental in creating the foundation for the team and building it up.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Grow and lead the Product Operations team.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve our product usage analytics to increase user adoption and drive growth across all of EVYD's products and release relevant reports.
- Identify, assess, procure, and implement a business intelligence / product operations tool.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow and lead the product operations team. Set, plan, and implement strategies to establish and increase the effectiveness of the team. Mentor and develop the team to improve their skills, knowledge, and ensure career growth.
- Implement a business intelligence tool and create metrics and reports that analyze the usage of our products and provide recommendations to increase usage.
- Provide data and regular reports to the business teams to enhance current strategy for churn, retention, and uptake to meet business objectives.
- Identify and propose process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our products in collaboration with Product department.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to create new dashboards and operational monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with rest of Operations function to create and test hypotheses to improve user adoption and usage growth of products.
- Support other departments and teams within EVYD to build up their own data analytics capabilities and build dashboards where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 5 - 8 years' data science or analytics experience in product operations / business intelligence, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce sectors.
- Experience sourcing, implementing and using Product Operations / Business Intelligence / Visualisation tools - Tableau, PowerBI, Mixpanel or similar.
- Experience using Python, R, SAS, SQL, Data Robot or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings and work with other departments to improve existing reports and identify problems.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
