**What the role is**
- The Knowledge & Workspace Department administers both IPOS’ physical and digital workspaces. Together as a team, we are working towards making IPOS a great place to work, learn and belong. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with a passion in driving digital transformation, who will play a key role in supporting our workplace strategy and delivering high-impact digital workplace initiatives.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities - Improve, administer and drive the effective use of IPOS’ corporate digital systems, which currently include record/document management systems, intranet as well as productivity and collaboration tools. - Review and implement policies and processes that will support IPOS in managing its records/documents to meet cost effectiveness and compliance outcomes. This will include supporting the management, digitisation, declassification and disposal of corporate records/documents. - Support IPOS’ business continuity planning (BCP) and its activities, such as scenario-based exercises and contingency planning.
