**About Us**

**About the Role**
We are looking for 2 committed and responsible individuals to join us as **Debt Collectors**. Whether you have experience or are just starting out, we provide full training and a structured career path. If you’re street-smart, confident speaking to people, and willing to learn, this may be the opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned recovery cases and follow up with debtors professionally.
- Make phone calls, send messages, and conduct in-person visits when required.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, explain repayment terms, and record outcomes accurately.
- Conduct field visits and investigations if the debtor is uncontactable.
- Maintain case records and follow SOPs and legal guidelines.

**What We’re Looking For**
- No experience required — training will be provided.
- Must be willing to learn and take initiative.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- With or without Class 2B motorcycle license.
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Basic Salary: $1,800 to $2,300 (depending on experience)
- Commission and incentives available after training period
