You will be required to work with or lead a team of ICT and AEC professional to provide prospective clients with innovative technology solutions and proposals in the following areas:
- Conceive and develop a Smart City and/or ICT master plan and framework to guide the planning and development of greenfield city projects or new real estate development.
- Understand the needs of the clients of brownfield projects to propose a digital transformation plan to augment the asset with smart and innovative technologies to increase the asset value and user satisfaction.
- Size and design the network connectivity and structured cabling requirements of brownfield and greenfield projects including involvement in the procurement and implementation process.
- Provide Wired Score consultancy and assessment for smart buildings.
- Engage clients of brownfield project to implement sustainability and carbon capture measurement to achieve Green Building status.
- Provide extra low voltage and ICT infrastructure design and implementation.
- Engage in building and M&E asset optimization and management.
- Guide the design and process development of integrated operations and command centres for facilities management and/or security operations.
- Prepare the ICT work specifications and technical drawings required for tender documents, assist in responding to vendor enquiries, evaluate submitted proposals and make recommendation to the client.
**Requirements**:
- Recognised bachelor's degree in technology engineering discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in a technology consulting role or a relevant position with transferable skills
- Strong understanding in all phases of smart city and digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding in developing digital strategies and implementing digital transformation in large organizations, communities, developments, cities, and regions, enabling clients to explore the potential of digital technologies.
- Strong understanding in an asset intensive industry eg, Rail, Aviation, Cities and buildings, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Rail, Highways and Marine/Ports
- Proven ability to work in a customer facing/consulting environment
- Experience delivering projects through all phases of the lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and communication skills to encourage clients to execute their digital roadmap.
- Strong Presentation and writing skills.
- Strong understanding in cybersecurity and specifically cities cyber resilience.
- Strong understanding in Sustainability and specifically the relationship between Smart and Sustainable Cities preferbaly Certified Green Mark or LEED Professional, and WiredScore Accredited Professional.
- Expertise in relevant technologies (4G/5G communications, IoT, big data and analytics) and their impact on society, business and economy.
