**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Be a trusted advisor and primary point of contact on deal structure, sales processes and best practices
- provide general assistance and advice on common deal questions and work with the Sales Team on building non-standard and complex deals
- Monitors and progress sales opportunities using salesforce
- Get deals moving as seamlessly as possible by ensuring the Sales Team follows best practices, approvals, and procedures
- Review all deals to ensure that they are correctly constructed (contract terms, billing information, and pricing)
- Work with different stakeholders with a focus on improving sales processes
- Provide administrative and operational support to VP, Sales

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma in Business or a related field
- Highly Proficient in Salesforce
- Familiar with bid process
- Ability to manage and handle the sales process within a short timeline
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to internal stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrated familiarity with Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Pricing experience preferred
