- Assist in creating production paperwork for company door products as required by clients
- Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties
- Prepare and ensure timely processing and mailing of invoices related to serviced products
- Report incidents or matters that may involve the company or its insurers incurring liability or be of interest to the Directors of the Company
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of the company's products and services to meet customer requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, assertive attitude
- Location: Ubi
- Working hours: 5 days per week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
