- Manage an active calendar of appointments and arrange internal and external meetings, including recording and disseminating minutes of meetings, corresponding and following up with appropriate parties when needed.

**Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with business administration or finance in University of Singapore.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in providing personal administrative and support to senior management
- Knowledge with Singapore general regulatory, including MOM, ICA, IRAS, ACRA, MAS, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
- Excellent calendaring and scheduling skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office
