- 【What will you be working on】- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company or Business Unit standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are performing their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s or Business Unit’s standards.
- Collaborating with Business Unit leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects and programs.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, execution and documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
- Any other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【What they're looking for】-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of PMO experience in the IT industry, or with over 5 years of experience in System Integrator roles
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory position such as a PM or PMO.
- Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead the delivery team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Business beginners are also considerable, as internal tasks are the main job responsibility)
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to work under pressure.- Possess working experience in large-scale system projects, especially banking-related
- Possess a business-level proficiency in English
- Possess knowledge in middleware (such as Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic Server, JP1, HULFT, etc.)**English Level**:
