Our client is a specialized injection molding company focused on precision tool fabrication, advanced plastic processing, and assembly operations for the consumer electronics, industrial, and medical sectors.

Its oil & gas division is well-regarded for its expertise in precision deep-hole drilling and the machining of exotic metal components.

They are growing fast—and we are now helping them to look for a **Program Manager**( **Plastic Injection Molding)**to lead key programs and ensure customer satisfaction from concept to mass production.
- Be the bridge between innovation and execution.This role will be based in Singapore but expected to be traveling in the region when needed and be at the program sites.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead Programs From A to Z**:Drive end-to-end project execution for plastic injection molding programs—quoting, tooling, sample approval, and ramp-up.
- **Be the Customer Champion**:Own the relationship, keep communication open, manage timelines, and ensure the customer’s needs are fully met.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**:Work with engineering, tooling, quality, procurement, and production teams to deliver on-time, in-spec, and within budget.
- **Manage Timelines & Budgets**:Use your planning and project management skills to hit key milestones and control program costs.
- **Support Technical Excellence**:Engage in tool design reviews, part validation (FAI, PPAP), and resolve engineering and production issues quickly and effectively.
- **Drive Continuous Improvement**:Identify areas for operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and enhanced customer experience.

***What You Bring**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in the plastic injection molding or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with mold tooling, plastic part design, and production validation processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills—you know how to drive action and align teams.
- Experience with project management tools (ERP, MS Project, Excel).
- PMP Certification is a plus, but not required.
