**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Budget Monitoring**:Support in the development of the administrative budget.
Assist in monitoring expenditures and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Identify and communicate potential cost-saving opportunities.
- **Policy Implementation**:Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Participate in regular policy reviews and updates.
- **Human Resources Support**:Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Oversee timekeeping and attendance tracking in collaboration with HR.
Address employee relations issues and administrative matters.
- **Technology and Systems Management**:Stay informed about technological advancements relevant to administrative functions.
Assist in the implementation and management of office technology and software systems.
