**Purpose of Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting Supply Chain department. This role ensures customer service by resolving delivery issues, building relationships with the 3PL partner, supporting and executing against strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.

**Your Impact**:

- Responsible for supporting warehouse activities covering Inbound, outbound, Returns.
- Review and support streamlining the logistics process and reducing logistics cost.
- Communicate closely with DH staffs to achieve key KPIs.
- Effectively communicate with internal or external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to deliveries & service levels and make adjustments where needed.
- Daily sales order creation and customer order book management for DTC /WHOLESALE/ DISTRIBUTORS
- Provide or update reports to determine current fill rates, future fill rates and system release dates so that the warehouse has efficient time to pack orders within the customers requested window

**Qualifications**:

- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Ability to multitask.
- A team player

**Base Compensation**:
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
