**Management Trainee (Supply Chain), Singapore**:

- As a Management Trainee within Supply Chain function, you will be exposed to Manufacturing and Logistic related projects and involved in automation and digitalization processes to perform data analysis and reporting. You will build strong partnerships with cross functional teams in delivering value-added initiatives to enhance service level and ensure Good Manufacturing Practice and Food Safety standards are in accordance. You will report directly to Supply Chain Director, Singapore.**The Position**:

- Automation and Digitalization of processes and reports within the Supply Chain and Operation.
- Identify opportunity areas and recommend efficiencies at work (process simplication, automation etc.) to improve agility and speed of execution.
- Perform analysis on data and reports and propose recommendation as required.
- Exposure in the Manufacturing and Logistic related projects. This will include digitalization and automation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in delivering value-added initiatives to enhance service level.
- Benchmark external best practices and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Understand raw material movement, planning and ordering sequence.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Supply Chain function which involves production, SRMS, planning and scheduling, warehousing, maintenance of equipment and process engineering improvements.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and adhere to Food Safety and Defence systems, standards and procedure.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Good problem solving skills and a great team player
