Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing contents going out to the target audiences for the conference and exhibition. This person shall be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
- Proposing an overall marketing strategy, contents, and timeline for each targeted audience segment.
- Identifying suitable marketing platforms, whether digital or physical (indoor/outdoor), with consideration of sustainability practices.
- Soliciting trade media partners who will help to strengthen the outreach to the industry.
- Proposing ideas on possible marketing campaigns to elevate the branding of the event and measuring the post-event outcomes.
- Drafting up engaging marketing content for the various platforms, including LinkedIn, EDMs and website, in tandem with the Conference Director/Manager.
- Researching and sourcing for new leads within and outside of the maritime industry to drive long-term delegate sales, for the purpose of building up a proprietary database for the event.
- Helping to manage the IT aspects of event registrations.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder is preferred or a minimum Diploma.
- At least 3 years of proven marketing experience.
- Adaptive, resourceful, and creative.
- Possess good planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
